Finally completed details on the flap and brake handle installation. The F05-09R bracket has a nutplate installed in "reverse" with flush rivets and a trimmed to fit bolt to allow clearance for the brake handle to move buy the fastener. I also replaced the lower bolt on L04-05 rev A with a flathead bolt. I now have about 1" of travel at the brake pulley which hopefully will be sufficient.
Drilled the 3/16" bolt holes between the gear attach angles and the F12-05 and F12-06 verticals. With the side skin removed and the floor panel loose, I could get the drill square to the holes.
